Creating a safe environment
We do everything possible to provide a secure, supportive, and structured environment for our youth.
Strict legal & ethical framework:
- Ethical charter signed by every employee, coach, and volunteer
- Criminal record certificate (Model 596.2) mandatory for all staff and coaches
- Rigorous Child Protection Policy and General Registration Terms validated with every enrollment
On-the-ground support & connection:
- Direct oversight by local zone managers
- Home visits and continuous dialogue with parents and families
- Dedicated point of contact via our Integrity Officer
Quality environment & equipment:
- Comprehensive insurance coverage for all youth and coaches
- High-quality sports equipment thanks to our primary partnership with Decathlon
- Exclusive use of new or renovated facilities (provided by local municipalities or Basic-Fit)
Sound and rigorous management
We practice prudent management of our resources to maximize our social impact. Our decisions rest on a strict separation of powers at the Board level and are based on objective criteria aligned with our mission.
External oversight & expertise:
Accounting handled by Moore Belgium and audited by statutory auditors C² Réviseurs & Associés
Annual publication and filing of internal financial statements with the registry of the Brussels Commercial Court
Legal framework and HR policies developed with pro bono support from the legal teams at PwC and OptimHR
Rigorous reporting:
- Governance by the Board of Directors 3 times a year
- Regular evaluation using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Transparent reporting to key partners (Fondation Bernheim, Fonds Baillet Latour, Colruyt Group Foundation, Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, VISA, D'Ieteren, local municipalities, etc.)
- Financial statements available upon request, with annual reports published on our website
